RT-403P

The RUNTAI RT-403P is a high-performance diamond polishing pad designed for fine polishing and final gloss enhancement of concrete floors.

It is mainly used after resin grinding steps for surface refinement, fine scratch removal, gloss enhancement, high-gloss polishing, and mirror-finish treatment.

The product is available in 800# and 1500# grits. The 800# grit is designed to refine grinding patterns, remove fine scratches, and develop the initial gloss required for subsequent polishing. The 1500# grit is used for final gloss enhancement and high-gloss polishing, improving the floor’s brightness, clarity, depth, and reflective finish.

The RT-403P provides fast gloss development, stable shine, fine polishing patterns, and excellent surface consistency. After polishing, the floor becomes smoother and more refined, with reduced haze, orange-peel texture, and localized gloss variation.

The series is suitable for polished concrete, densified concrete floors, dry-shake hardener floors, inorganic terrazzo, cement-based terrazzo, and old concrete floor renovation. It integrates smoothly with RUNTAI metal-bond and resin-bond grinding systems, completing the full process from coarse grinding and fine honing to high-gloss polishing.
